Suggested changes to PRSEA Bylaws were voted on and approved on April 30, 2019

As reported in PRSEA News, January 2019, and on the website, the PRSEA Board and Leadership Team proposed changes to the PRSEA Constitution in late 2018.

These changes were discussed during the January 15th Members Meeting and posted on our website for review as allowed by the former Constitution (renamed “Bylaws”).

During the Members’ Meeting on April 30, attending members asked good questions, discussed the revisions, and put the action? to vote. The vote passed! The revised bylaws appear below.
